Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern any work, quote, consultation, or engagement between you (“the Client”) and Samina Gullfam, operating as SEO In Boots (“I,” “me,” “SEO In Boots”), based in Hazro, Attock District, Punjab, Pakistan. By requesting a quote, signing off on a proposal, making a payment, or otherwise engaging my services, you agree to these terms.

Services provided

SEO In Boots provides SEO consulting and execution services, which may include technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, hyperlocal SEO, link building, guest blogging, content strategy, AI Overview and entity-based SEO optimization, and related reporting. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in the individual quote, proposal, or package you agree to, which forms part of these terms.

No guaranteed rankings

SEO is a long-term, iterative process influenced by factors outside any consultant’s control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and your own website’s technical health. I do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or timelines. What I do guarantee is that the work agreed upon will be carried out using current, ethical, white-hat SEO practices, with transparent reporting on what’s been done.

Client responsibilities

To deliver effective SEO work, I need reasonable cooperation from you, including:

  • Timely access to your website, hosting, or CMS when required for on-page or technical work
  • Timely feedback and approvals on content, strategy, or deliverables
  • Accurate information about your business, goals, and any prior SEO work or penalties

Delays on your end may affect project timelines and are not considered a failure of service on my part.

Payments

  • Payment terms (amount, currency, schedule, and method) are agreed upon before work begins and specified in your quote or invoice.
  • Work typically begins only after the agreed deposit or full payment is received, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until the account is settled.
  • All fees are quoted in PKR unless otherwise agreed for international clients.

Refunds

Because SEO work involves real time, research, and execution from the moment an engagement begins, payments already made for work completed or in progress are non-refundable. If you cancel before any work has started, a full refund of unused fees will be provided. Any partial-refund arrangements for work interrupted partway through will be assessed case by case and are not owed as a default right.

Ownership of deliverables

Once an invoice is paid in full, you own the content, reports, and on-site changes delivered as part of that engagement. Any proprietary tools, internal processes, checklists, or methodologies I use to deliver the work remain my own intellectual property and are not transferred to you.

Confidentiality

I treat all client information, login credentials, and business data as confidential, and I don’t share your project details, strategy, or performance data with other clients or third parties without your permission. I expect the same discretion regarding any proprietary process details I may share with you.

Limitation of liability

I am not liable for:

  • Ranking or traffic fluctuations caused by search engine algorithm updates
  • Penalties or issues arising from SEO work performed by other parties before or after my engagement
  • Website downtime, data loss, or security incidents not directly caused by my actions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services

My total liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount you paid me for the specific engagement in question.

Third-party tools and platforms

Some services may involve third-party tools or platforms (analytics, SEO software, hosting, or CMS platforms). I am not responsible for the availability, pricing changes, or policy changes of these third-party tools, though I will inform you of any that materially affect your project.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice (email or WhatsApp is sufficient). You remain responsible for payment of any work completed up to the termination date. I will provide a handover of completed work and reporting up to that point.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time to reflect how the business actually operates. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continuing to engage my services after an update means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct discussion in good faith before any other action is pursued.
